I purchased several Quiptracks Yesterday and never received the option to download the files. I received confirmation that my payment was received, but there is no way that I can find to download them. I emailed Kevin, but so far, no response. Can anyone here help?

I am a long time MST3K and Rifftrax fan. I have been getting into fan riffs lately and thought I would give Quiptracks a try.

I sent you several emails today about this issue. We're working on a fix. In the meantime I sent you a gift certificate for the amount. It should work even if the PayPal payment didn't.
