NEARING COMPLETION!! despite VAST technical difficulties and a compressed amount of record time, we finished recording everything this weekend. Editing might take a bit longer than usual, but essentially this means as of now we are DONE with recording on KK and it SHOULD (I hope!) release in a week or so--exclusively on QT first, then about a week later on iRiffs. Tristan/Tracy/Kevin/??--we'll have to figure out how to handle the Wheat AVI. i need to convert it to RT standards so that it's not GINORMOUS, but I was thinking maybe I could just put a link for it in the readme for KK? i can store it on my site and then people can just grab it from me if they buy it from you? would that work? or is there some way to put it in people's cart if they buy the mp3? i don't THINK zencart allows that, buuuuut i only used it for a short while.

i just figured it would be an inconvenience. and i assumed that there was no good way for zencart to handle it. i'm fine if you guys put it on your site, tho, to grab it from there.

Well, it should be a decent size, but having purchasable/downloadable videos is possible. At least, we're pretty sure it is. I don't think we've tried it yet.

once i have a new 'i o m' intro, then i'll be able to get a 'final' of the video to mess with and upload and we can experiment from there. still waiting on some records from a friend ...

SUPER has decided that working is for suckers, and it just makes me devolve into tears while using it. also, not sure if i'm happy w/the new intro/outro yet, SO everything is kind of up in the air at the moment.

on the plus side, KK is like ... 95% done? somewhere around there. just have to double check the last 15 mins, do some massive volume messing with, check it against the dvd as a whole ... all the little minor end things that only take forever because now i'm saving a file the size of a WHALE.  but we're getting there!

right right, but we're talking about a short AND mp3 in one package, like we did with Lizzie McGuire and like we want to do w/all our feature releases (we didn't w/new moon b/c it was such a rush job).
